Shining a light on caregiver wellness
Explore what we offer
Educational Workshops
Empowering workshops offered in-person and virtually, designed to support the emotional and mental well-being of unpaid caregivers. From managing stress with technology tools to building resilience through self-care strategies, our sessions provide real-world guidance in a warm, judgment-free space.
Virtual Support Groups
Our support groups offer a safe, compassionate space for caregivers to share their experiences, feel heard, and connect with others who truly understand. Each session focuses on mutual support, stress relief, and building community resilience.
Weekly Nature Walks
Join us for a free weekly nature walk through the serene trails of Cattus Island County Park, in Toms River—an opportunity for caregivers to unwind, recharge, and connect with others in a peaceful, natural setting. These gentle walks are designed to support both mental clarity and emotional well-being.
